We are not looking for numbers. We want to get to know you. This FC has always been about friendship, comradery, and NOT about the numbers. Consequently, please understand that if you are not (Or have not been) an active participant of the FC, (IE: just logging in and out; zero participation in Discord), you are essentially just a number, which is NOT what we want.

Instead of a standard 30-day no-show rule getting you removed from the Company, it will be determined based on your physical presence within the FC. It will be a decision made by the Council of the FC. On top of that, Council reserves the right to remove anyone who just is not a good fit for our Company.

It can be disheartening for new recruits to think they are getting into a large FC because they see the numbers, but then ....it doesn't pan out. We would much rather new recruits KNOW what they are getting into, and develop lasting relationships with the entire team.

We appreciate your understanding of where we are coming from, and I hope that you will make a continued effort to be one of our family. If friendship isn't what you are looking for, and you were instead hoping to just park an alt someplace neat... this isn't the FC for you, and I'd kindly ask you to find the door.

As a Company, we promise you one company event every month. (They may come more with individuals stories and desire for Roleplay) That said, as a member, you are expected to take charge of your own stories and Roleplay. But please keep in mind that Council and event runners are players too and we also like to enjoy our time within the game.
